We filled the tank on Sunday. On Tuesday morning it was only half full. So it must have leaked all night and then stagnated due to not as much pressure. 
We discussed the issue and had a look around the tank. Mick suspected it was the pipes and possibly a deer or cow that had stepped through the soft muddy earth. I was sure we had forgotten to tighten a faucet in the house. 

Vi fyllde tanken på Söndag och på Tisdag morgon var den halvfull. Övernatt? Vi kollade alla kranar och kopplingar och där vattenrören var i dagen för att se om vi kunde se läckan. Men icke.

Here we have put planks over the pipes so if any critter walks here they will slip. We dug up holes in the ditch too to see how high the water mark goes.

Här har vi lagt plankor över vattenrören så att inga djur ska kliva sönder dem medan vi jobbar. Vi grävde också i diket för att se hur vattnet kommer.

Det regnar ju närapå hela tiden också så, ja, knepigt!

Vi grävde upp längs hela slangen för att se om vi kunde se något läcka någonstans eller iallafall var det kom ut mest men eftersom varken är genomblöt så är det svårt.

We dug up along the pipe to see if we could see a leak somewhere along it. But since the ground is so waterlogged water seeps up everywhere.

Vi gav upp för natten.

Next day we filled the tank thinking the leak would show. We found the leak and tried to do a quick mend but gave up.

Emptied the tank and cleaned it.

Vi fyllde tanken och hoppades att läckan skulle visa sig. Nästa dag hittade vi läckan.

Sen försökte vi en snabblagning innan vi tömde tanken och gjorde rent den .

We emptied all we could in buckets and tried to clean it with the  water pressure machine but the pressure from a bucket was too little so we just tipped the tank and wiped out the inside as best we could.

Then we let it dry and then mended it with sikaflex and waited for it to dry.  Yeah no it did not work so we are now waiting for better weather and a trip to town for better stuff.

Fyllde alla hinkar och ämbar vi kunde och tömde tanken och gjorde rent. Lagade med zikaflex men icke sa Nicke.

I väntan på att åka in till stan och skaffa bättre grejor så fyllde vi tanken och väntar på en naturlig läck-tömning. Måste ha lite bättre väder.
